Hosting Horror Stories

A friend of mine who has been looking for web hosting was recently referred to a company called MidPhase. I did a little digging and unearthed a blog post with a huge number of dissatisfied customers.

Find out how Midphase have not honored their agreement to refund signup fees, and many more horror stories – click here. Make sure you read the comments though – that’s where the real juice is, one of the MidPhase employees even turns up and tries to bribe the blogger to remove his post.

If you have a hosting horror story you would like to share please tell us about it in the comments below.

  1. Prevahost is great for hosting illegal files! They dont give two shits at all. Just dont use a real paypal or credit card because i know the owner and he skims them and steals info

    • lol – I don’t think many people here want to host illegal files… but I’ll leave your comment up as a warning to all about Prevahost.

PS: If you don’t use a ‘real’ paypal or credit card then whose are you using? Someone loses out regardless…. not nice.

  2. Radonhost (Previously known as prevahost which was shut down for fraud) is great for hosting illegal files! They dont give two shits at all. Just dont use a real paypal or credit card because i know the owner and he skims them and steals info

  3. Your idiots, Preva Got shut down because i moved the server idiot. Fraud? All transactions are all done via paypal so you can control the refunds etc.

There are NO illegal files. So you are a joke.

    • Thanks for the clarification

      • Tom, It appears someone is running a bot and leaving negative comments – the phrasing is the same in the second comment – I’m tempted to delete both of them but possibly users can learn more from seeing that someone is trying to attack you.
