   I’m hosting several websites with Bluehost since two years ago and I can say their support staff is very helpful. They always answered my inquiries within minutes, which is great, if we think there’s a 7 hour difference between their timezone and mine. All problems were sorted out fast, thanks to the instant messenger communication they offer for their customers. I have the cheapest hosting account, but Bluehost just makes me feel like I’m a special client.
